Caroline & Ted
The main invitation was designed according to the couple’s religion accompanied by related inserts informing guests of their temple ceremony and dinner following the service. The couple planned two separate ceremonies, one in Provo, Utah, the other in Charleston, South Carolina. The ceremony in Utah was specifically for their friends and family who shared the same faith. This project contained various inserts that offered multiple combinations to pair with the chosen main invitation.
Down to the Very Last Detail
Before designing this series of invitations and inserts I sat down with the bride to establish what she wanted the final products to look like. An elegant but modern look was our goal showcasing two prominent colors, coral and turquoise. Succulents were used as the floral element. Individual succulents were drawn, colored and grouped together in Illustrator. Green accents were then brought in to provide undertones in the form of foliage. Each insert created for a particular service had at least two different comps to give both the bride and groom a range to choose from. The layout was pieced together in InDesign with the text being the last elements added.
